All prices are quoted in euros (€) and are subject to change without notice. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. We accept various payment methods as agreed upon in your contract. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in your agreement.

5. Warranties

We provide warranties on our workmanship and installations as specified in your service agreement. Equipment warranties are provided by manufacturers and are subject to their terms. Warranty coverage and duration will be detailed in your service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suntrixis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about their property and requirements
• Ensuring access to the installation site
• Obtaining necessary permits or approvals where required
• Following maintenance guidelines provided by our team
• Notifying us promptly of any issues or concerns

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies will be specified in your service agreement. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms outlined in your agreement and applicable consumer protection laws.
